Reset a TruWorkspace Password
To reset a TruWorkspace user's password, the user or a user with "advanced" portal permissions (typically the account owner) can log into this portal using their portal credentials, and reset their password.
Disable/Remove a TruWorkspace User
To disable or remove a TruWorkspace user, a user with "advanced" portal permissions (typically the account owner) can log into this portal, select the contact, and disable the TruWorkspace account. After an account is disabled, it can be deleted. Disabled accounts are not billed.
Add a TruWorkspace User
To create a TruWorkspace user, a user with "advanced" portal permissions (typically the account owner) can log into this portal, add a new contact (name and email address required) and then make them a TruWorkspace user. Don't forget to hit the "Send TruWorkspace Password" button after the user's TruWorkspace is created.
Get Technical Support
There are currently three ways to contact TruPoint's Service Desk for technical support: 1) logging into this portal and creating a support ticket; 2) emailing support@trupoint.com to create a support ticket; and 3) calling 866.326.4857 and selecting Option 1. Please note that regular Service Desk hours are M-F 8am to 8pm Eastern. Weekend and after hours support is limited to urgent, service impacting issues.
Escalate a Support Ticket
You can escalate an urgent support issue by logging in to this portal, selecting the relevant support ticket, and hitting the "Escalate" button. This will send a escalation email and/or automated phone call to the TruPoint team. Please don't escalate a support issue immediately after creating a ticket, give the Service Desk some time to respond to your ticket.
